It should work fine. I take it the drive is LVD and not Differential? I
don't know if any Differential SCSI DLT drives are out there, but if
your unit was one it would explain why it won't work on your SCSI card.
Every single time I've plugged an LVD or SE DLT drive into a SCSI bus
(providing the SCSI ID has been set correctly and it's not colliding
with the SCSI ID of the interface card) it has 'just worked'.
Not much help, but some things to check I guess.
